Fall Group Show

For our Annual Fall Group Show we bring together juxtapositions with Renate Aller’s photographic figurative diptychs and Gayle Crites’ narrative abstract drawings on bark cloth in the main gallery and John Garrett’s new black and white weavings are in dialog with Yarrott Benz’s matte black found wood wall sculptures and Penny Truitt’s steel sculptures.

We just received 6 ink on paper, unique paintings, from Daniel Brice, from his new Esperanto Series. Important for Brice in this body of work is the line and repetition of line, which is used to set up a visual dichotomy between the verticality of letters and words, comic strip graphics, and film frames, and the horizon line’s strong horizontal
